Advised a leading private equity fund in its USD 3 million acquisition of a significant minority interest in a local advertising firm. (2015)
Advised a leading private equity fund in its acquisition of a controlling interest in a regional insurance group with a transaction value of USD 19 Million. (2014)
Advised a leading private equity fund in the sale of its interest in a local insurance group to a multinational with a transaction value of USD 36 Million. (2014)
Advised a purchaser in the successful settlement of a warranty claim valued at USD 11 Million. (2013)
Represented the target Kenyan company in the sale of 49% of its shares to a group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with a transaction value of USD 14 Million. (2014)
Represented a local integrated marketing communications group in its affiliation agreements with two of the global top ten advertising companies and one of the global top seven public relations firms. (2014)
Advised London based conglomerate and London based Industrial Company on the Kenyan competition aspects of the worldwide acquisition of the London conglomerate by London based Industrial Company. (2013)
Advised a leading mobile network operator in the development of commercial agreements for the mobile phone based savings and lending banking product. (2012)
Represented an investment and infrastructure company in its USD 36 Million acquisition of a majority equity stake in a large regional mechanical and civil engineering firm.(2012)
The Government of Kenya in the privatization of a leading mobile network operator through an initial public offering on the Nairobi Securities Exchange valued at KES. 50 Billion. (2008)
Advising a local company on a proposed acquisition of a local loop operator license from a licensee including advising on the relevant provisions of the Kenya Communications Act 1998 and the Kenya Communications Regulations, 2001.(2008)
